RETURNS
At Bianco Sue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your press-on nails. If they aren’t quite what you expected, we’re here to help.
You may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the following conditions:
- If the item is not faulty, a $10 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The item must be returned in new, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Important Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item if you wish to return it.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All tags and labels must be intact and unremoved.
- Items that have been damaged due to improper packaging during return transit will not be refunded. It is your responsibility to securely package the return.
- Once received, returns will be inspected within 5 business days before a refund is processed.
Refund Processing
- Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- The original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- A $10 return label fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE / WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
To assist with the resolution, please provide:
- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
- Your order number
Contact us at info@biancosue.com and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Please allow 2 business days for our customer service team to respond.
CHANGE OF MIND POLICY
If you change your mind about your purchase, we accept returns and refunds for items that meet the following conditions:
- The item is unused and in original packaging.
- The return is requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- A $10 return label fee will be deducted from the refund.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We process orders quickly, so cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed. However, if you need to update your delivery address or shipping method, you can request changes within 2 hours of placing your order by contacting us at info@biancosue.com.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For international customers, returns must be shipped at your own expense. Please contact our customer service team for assistance with the return process.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 10–15 business days to be fully processed, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- The original shipping cost and return label fee are non-refundable.
