How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your delivery on the carrier’s website.

Delivery Timing & Requirements
What Time Will My Order Be Delivered?
Orders sent to residential addresses are delivered between 8 AM – 8 PM, while office addresses receive deliveries between 8 AM – 5 PM.
We cannot provide an exact delivery time, as this is managed by our shipping partners.
Signature on Delivery
For security reasons, most orders require a signature upon delivery. If no one is available, a calling card will be left, allowing you to schedule a redelivery or pick up your order from a designated collection point.
If you are not home to receive your package, consider shipping your order to a trusted address, such as your workplace.
Note: Delivery to PO Boxes is not permitted for security reasons.
Customs & International Orders
For international shipments, your local customs office may impose duties, taxes, or additional fees. These charges are not included in our pricing and must be paid by the customer before receiving the package.
If your order is made via express and needed urgently, please send an email to info@biancosue.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs.
We recommend checking with your local authorities before placing an order.
